Information on the Preservation of Personal Data (Decree 196/03).

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), which has substituted law n. 675/1996, the processing of your personal data will be based on fairness principles, lawfulness and openness, and on safeguarding your confidentiality and your rights. 
In accordance with article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (already art. 10 law 675/1996) of the aforementioned law, therefore, we inform you of the following information:

A. Processing scope
The data collected is examined exclusively for the following purposes:
a) to establish a relationship with the user;
b) to send communications relating to our site’s new initiatives; 
c) to supply prospective services proposed across our site;
d) to send periodic electronic mail containing material and  promotional initiatives, internal announcements and commercial communications; 
e) to perform statistical analysis;
f) for the preliminary requirement of the contract’s stipulation
g) as regards to the data pertaining to the performance of economic activity, to be carried out for commercial information purposes or for sending advertising materials or direct selling or thereafter for the fulfillment of market research or interactive commercial communications; sale for correspondence; offer of goods and services through a mailing list; marketing and advertising; analysis and market survey; promotional activity; client satisfaction level survey 

B.  Processing arrangements 
The processing can be carried out by means of manual, automated, informational, electronic management tools, in order to store and transmit the data and therefore be able to guarantee the security and its confidentiality.

C. Nature of providing the requested data 
Providing the requested data is not obligatory, except in the foreseen cases of the law in force, but failure to provide can involve the impossibility to establish a relationship and to provide services offered.

D. Categories of entities to which data can be communicated
The data can be communicated to:
- entities to which the accessibility to the same data may be granted at the disposition of the laws or regulations 
- data processing centers and information systems services
- partner or third party service companies 
- society of marketing studies
The data can be transferred abroad, as well as to countries outside the European Union.

E. Data Subject Rights whereof Section 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003
You acknowledge right of disclosure, cancellation, correction, update, integration and opposition to the processing of same data as well as other foreseen rights from article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 of which the complete text, relating to user rights, is available at www.garanteprivacy.it.
In particular: 
the owner of the data has the right to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. In particular you shall have the right to information on: source of personal data; purposes and methods of processing; logic applied to the processing carried out with the help of electronic means. The processing owner of personal data is IMPROVE S.R.L., in the role of its administrator. Moreover, the owner of the data has the right to obtain: updates, rectification or where interested therein, data integration; erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; certification to the effect that the operations that modify and erase have been notified, as it relates to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. Also, the owner of the data shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection, as well as to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out  for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.


F. Processing Owner
Processing owner of the data is Improve Srl with headquarters in Via Garcia Lorca, 21 Santa Croce sull’Arno (PI) 

Personal data are processed by automated means only for such time as is strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are being held.
Appropriate security measures have been taken against accidental loss of the data, unauthorized or unlawful uses and unauthorized access.

Rights of the parties concerned
Pursuant to section 7 of the P.C., the parties to whom the personal data refer may at any time request confirmation that their data is being held, be notified of the contents of such data and their origin, verify whether they are accurate or request that they be completed, updated, corrected, erased, demand that they be made anonymous or demand that data held in violation of law be blocked, and such parties may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the data being processed.
Any requests to the above-stated effect should be addressed to the data controller.
